I spent six years as co-founder and COO of Indiegraf, building it into an operating system for independent news publishers supporting 180+ publications across North and Latin America. I’m now transitioning into a Strategic Advisor role, building the business intelligence and infrastructure that helps organizations make better decisions and grow sustainably, while continuing to serve on Indiegraf’s Board.

My background combines founder and executive experience, a business strategy lens, and hands-on technical ability to build the data infrastructure and models that make strategy real. In practice, that means designing a company’s data strategy and building the systems that carry it out.

What I do:

  • Set data and analytics strategy at the executive level: what to prioritize, what to trade off, and what a business actually needs to measure
  • Connect technical work to real business outcomes, like revenue, retention, and growth, so a model or pipeline serves an actual decision
  • Design data architecture and warehouses, using tools like BigQuery, dbt, Fivetran, and Airbyte
  • Build pipelines and integrations that keep systems in sync automatically
  • Get data in front of the people who need it, in the CRM or the inbox, not just a dashboard they have to remember to check
